Avantis Business Park offers not only space for several innovative companies but also vast green areas. The strong expansion in the last years pushed us to invest in a new building, in which engineering, production, dynos and storage are combined under one roof. The building offers modern working places for all our staff and strongly enlarged operation areas. Possibilities for further expansion steps in the direct vicinity are already foreseen.

Like our advanced drive solutions, the building was designed in a very energy efficient way. To achieve very low primary energy consumption, the air-conditioning and central heating system, containing a solar façade, heat pumps as well as geothermal heat, are coupled and coordinated with the energy storages and thermal conditioning systems of the motor dynos.
