Team Leader Validation and Application (m/f/d)
for electric drive technology

We are looking forward to meet a team player for a full time employment (40h) with

• completed studies in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering or a comparable course of study with reference to electric drives.
• several years of practical work experience (e.g. practical PhD program, previous activities etc.).
• outstanding knowledge in the field of measurement and testing technology for electric drives as well as system topologies for e-mobility.
• fluent communication in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in professional measurement data management is an advantage.
• First experience in team leadership as well as agile project management is desirable.

Your Tasks

• You are a positive person and look forward to real teamwork.
• You take over responsibility for existing system test benches and their further development together with your team.
• You independently perform series validations and characterizations of prototypes.
• Together with your team, you will support the integration of ENGIRO solutions into our customers' applications.
• You independently develop processes and solutions for the set team goals.
• You provide support to your team members and develop technical skills in a targeted manner.
• You will develop the future technical direction of the team and the department together with your superiors.

Team Leader Electrical Design and Simulation (m/f/d)

We are looking forward to meet a team player for a full time employment (40h) with

• completed studies in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering or a
• comparable course of study with reference to electric drives.
• several years of practical work experience (e.g. PhD program, previous activities etc.).
• outstanding knowledge in the design of electrical machines as well as the simulation of electrical drive systems
• and relevant software solutions. Field weakening, modulation factor and FuSa should be part of your standard vocabulary.
• fluent communication in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in software / system testing and software development is advantageous.
• First experience in team leadership as well as agile project management is desirable.

Your Tasks

• You are a positive person and look forward to real teamwork.
• You take over responsibility for existing design tools (FEM, system design, sales tools) and their further development together with your team.
• You define measurement requirements and processes to validate designs and simulations and support the measurements.
• You independently develop processes and solutions for the set team goals.
• You provide support to your team members and develop technical skills in a focused manner.
• You will develop the future technical direction of the team and the department together with your superiors.
